I think its using RPG maker, but don't quote me on that...

I use RPGMaker VX Ace. The most recent version of that engine is RPGMaker MV, and last I checked was on sale in the steam market place! It might not be now, but the series comes on-sale quite frequently from what I've seen! :D
nice game lotta glitches though
I think all the glitches here are intentional! Game's ropey af on purpose. I hope you didn't encounter anything game breaking?
